Nancy's Artichoke Spread on Rye Toast




MAKES   10  SERVINGS


Another wonderful Nancy specialty, straight from her mom's recipe box. 
Her recipes are great because not only are they easy to make, 
but because they are yummy too. 


1 jar artichoke hearts in oil
1 artichoke jar's worth of mayonnaise 
1 artichoke jar's of worth of Parmesan 
1 package of rye cocktail toast

1. Empty jar of artichoke hearts into a bowl, 
retaining some of the liquid. Chop of the artichoke hearts.
2. Fill the empty artichoke jar with mayonnaise. Put in the bowl.
3. Fill the jar with Parmesan cheese and put in the bowl. 
4. Mix all the ingredients. Spread dip on rye cocktail toast. 
Put on a cookie sheet and broil for 1 minute, or until golden brown. 
Serve hot.
