You have probably seen this salad at your table last time you went out for Thai food. It always comes in a tiny bowl, and I can never get enough. Luckily my cooking Thai cooking teacher gave me this recipe. It's soooo easy and now I can have as much as I want, whenever!
8 TBS white vinegar
6 TBS sugar
1 tsp salt
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 small carrot, grated
1 medium cucumber, peeled and cut into thin slices
* Put vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small pot. Heat up until sugar has dissolved.
* In a bowl, place cucumber, carrot, and onion. Pour dressing over it.
You're done already!!!
