3/4 cup butter 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares 3 eggs 1 3/4 cups sugar 6 TBS all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt 3 tsp vanilla extract * Preheat oven to 350 degrees * Combine butter and chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat, and cook until melted. Remove from heat and cool. * In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add sugar, flour, salt, and beat until well blended. Add cooled chocolate mixture and vanilla, mix until smooth. Pour into a pie shell and bake 30-35 minutes, or until center is still a bit gooey.
