Ariel's Guacamole


MAKES   AS   MANY  SERVINGS    AS   YOU    WANT 



This is the world's best guacamole, having been passed down through 
generations in the Labra family.  This recipe is doesn't quantify the amounts, 
so you can make as much or little as you like. Taste as you go, to make sure 
you're getting the proportions right. 


1/2 ripe avocados per person
White onion, diced
Cilantro, chopped
Serrano peppers, diced
Olive oil, very small amount
Salt
Lime juice

1. Cut avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop into a bowl.
 2. Add cilantro and onion.
3. Add a dash of olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. Squeeze lime over top.
4. Mix all the ingredients well. Top with Serrano peppers, 
barely mixing in before eating. Serve with tortilla chips.
