BBQ Rosemary and Mustard Leg of Lamb






MAKES   6-8   SERVINGS


A quick and simple wet rub gives this lamb a bounty of flavor. 
Marinating it for several hours is essential to full-bodied flavor
that goes all the way to the bone. Don't worry if itıs not BBQ 
weather, you can cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.

1 large leg of lamb
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced rosemary
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon ginger
1-2 cloves garlic, minced


1. Mix oil, Dijon, rosemary, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. 
Adjust for flavor. 
2. Coat the lamb with the mixture and let marinate for 3-4 hours.
3. Get the barbeque going.
4. Cover and BBQ  over warm coals for approximately
1 ­ 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
