Dijon Mustard Chicken




MAKES   6-8  SERVINGS


This recipe is so simple and quick it seems
impossible to be true. Grab a few things that 
should be hanging around your kitchen and  
you've got dinner. 


8 boneless chicken breast
6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons honey 
Betty's spice mix


1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. 
2. Heat up honey jar until honey becomes liquidy. 
Mix honey with mustard and spice   mix. Coat chicken with mixture.
Arrange coated chicken on a tray.
3. Broil for 5 ­8 minutes. Be careful not to dry out chicken.
