Pork Tenderloin in Peanut Sauce




MAKES   6-8 SERVINGS


Yummmmmm. See footnote for the delicious peanut sauce 
that helps you clean out your pantry. You can always 
use the store bought stuff to save time and energy. 

1 large pork tenderloin
1 cup peanut sauce *
3 tablespoons Bettyıs spice mix
3 tablespoons sesame seeds





1. Preheat oven to 500.
2. Rub pork with Betty's spice mix and peanut sauce. Wrap in foil.
3. Cook pork in a pan until just cooked and still juicy. 
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and put under the broiler for 2 minutes, 
being careful not to burn it. 
5. Serve with more peanut sauce.*

* Betty makes one of peanut butter, Japanese vinegar (sweet one), 
cilantro, lime juice and soy sauce. She has a list of optional ingredients 
you can add too: tamarind sauce, cilantro, onions, hot sauce, 
any chutney you may have in the house and whatever you might think 
would add to the flavor.
