MAKES 15 SERVINGS Betty puts this versatile dressing on nearly every salad she makes. It's the most unseemly combination, yet it works perfectly together. The great thing about it, is you make it in large batches, and stick it in the cupboard for a long time. One year I made if for Christmas presents, and it was a great hit. 1 cup sweet rice vinegar 1 cup balsamic vinegar 1 cup olive oil 1/8 cup fish sauce 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 garlic cloves, minced Mix everything together in a jar. Shake well before using. Store in a cool place.
