Prawns in Tomato Sauce with Pasta





MAKES   8  SERVINGS


Make your own homemade pasta sauce using lots of garlic, 
olive oil, dried hot peppers, and oregano. Betty uses fish sauce 
for the salt aspect of her tomato sauce. If you want to take away 
the acidy flavor, drop in a bit of sugar. Good luck. You can 
embellish this recipe by adding mushrooms, artichokes or onions. 
Go ahead, be creative. Betty garnishes with feta, just before serving. 


5 cups homemade tomato sauce
25 prawns, shelled
1 box pasta, cooked



1. Make your own homemade tomato sauce.  
2. Add shelled prawns to tomato sauce and cook 
until just done and still crunchy.
3. Crumble feta on top before serving. (optional)
4. Serve over cooked spaghetti or angle hair pasta.
